Very Tall provide a fully managed service for RedBull.com, with responsibility for their international Music and Culture content.
From planning and strategy to production and delivery, we oversee the editorial content for a global site that reaches 70 territories worldwide.
With help from Very Tall, RedBull.com/Music's social reach has grown to 27 million+ users, 2.2 million+ page impressions, 1.5million+ video views and is still growing. RedBull.com is now one of the world's leading online platforms for original content.
"I've worked with the Very Tall team for three years. They not only help us cover our own events and artists, but also dream up concepts to broaden our appeal. Their ability to spot up-and-coming artists, knowledge of the scene and knack for coming up with innovative content ideas are all pretty damn good."
Very Tall partnered up with the venerable Island Records during Brighton's The Great Escape 2017 to tell stories about two of their fast-rising artists - Elli Ingram and Salen.
Even during large festivals and industry events, where skilled video, sound and editorial resources are in high-demand and scarce supply, Very Tall specialise in providing top-quality creatives to do the job right - and often at short notice.
At The Great Escape, we quickly mobilised production teams across multiple city locations, shooting great content in studio and live showcase settings resulting in video content that really shines.
If you are a challenger clothing brand, how do you create innovative content that connects you with new audiences?
Thanks to our knack of pairing on-trend artists with great brands, Very Tall connected hot new Israeli artist Noga Erez with emerging clothing brand Alpha Tauri for an experiential video, style-focussed interview and stunning live session.
The result was fresh and dynamic content that highlighted Alpha Tauri’s ready-to-wear apparel.
The collaboration continued as Alpha Tauri, Noga Erez, Red Bull, City Slang Records and many more shared the love on their social channels.
When your artist is available for just a short amount of time and everyone wants a piece of them, how do you meet the demand for a large volume of high-quality editorial?
Very Tall have a great reputation for treating artists, bands and creative types right.
Working with Berlin-based label City Slang and artist Noga Erez, we organised a studio session, a showcase gig, a fashion photo shoot and interview, an experiential reportage video and a headline performance… all from just half a day’s access.
This bespoke EPK helped build buzz around Noga’s album release and promoted her live appearances at festivals.
City Slang were super impressed with our caring, hands-on approach.
The Big Fig
The Big Fig is not your average catering company. Not only is their locally-sourced food really delicious, but they are also a social enterprise who use their profits to support unemployed and disadvantaged people to build a future career in catering.
To help raise awareness about this inspirational social enterprise, Very Tall created a social-friendly short video that told their story in an accessible and easily shared way.
This organically posted video notched up thousands of unique views and is doing its bit to spread the good word. From tiny acorns do Big Figs grow.
Stay Up Late
Gig Buddies is a fantastic grassroots charity that helps learning disabled music fans enjoy the live bands they love.
Very Tall have been working behind the scenes with Gig Buddies to give unique access to service users who have an interest in music as well as video and sound production.
We also facilitated and filmed studio time with Heavy Load - a UK punk band with learning disabled members - as they recorded their comeback seven-inch.
